Peach Shorts

Eve's notes about the Peach Shorts

First things first. There is no such thing as a "Hard" Shibari tie. All ties can be broken down into easy-to-learn components such that, given enough time and patience, anybody can learn how to tie.

That said, I consider the Peach Shorts a difficult tie because it has no knots other than the one tied around the waist in a lark's head single column tie. The rest of the tie is a play with the rope's tension around your partner's curves. The rope goes around the hips and butt cheeks and is held in place using simple hitches. This means that there is really no place to rest and regroup, you must tie the entire thing in a single go. This is more of a test on your memory than you actual Shibari capabilites.

What makes the Peach Shorts difficult (the lack of knots) is actually what makes them incredibly comfortable. Other than the knot created by the lark's head single column tie around the waist, there are no other pressure points on your partner's hips and waist. Instead, the tension is evenly distributed throughout the entire tie. This results in a harness that can be worn in any position comfortably. You can sit, stand, walk, and even dance with it on.

You are guaranteed to look sexy in these beautiful Peach Shorts. These are great for photoshoots and if worn outside, I'm positive you will receive a miriad of compliments.

Have fun tying!
